A keyboard shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+A (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+A (Mac) should be automatically configured when you install the extension.
However, if this doesn’t work for some reason, or you just want to change the shortcut, you can do so by copying chrome://extensions/shortcuts into your address bar, and then setting the shortcut as you like under the ProTABS entry.
